The Alchemist

Updated: Nov 24, 2019

So last Tuesday, I went to a restaurant and bar called The Alchemist for a cute little date night. I had already been to the restaurant last summer so I was very familiar with the place and because of my familiarity I already knew that I wasn’t going to be eating at the restaurant again because the food was not amazing.

But baby let me tell you tell drinks… THE DRINKS!!!

The drinks are not your typical every day cocktails because they are unique with cool, smoky effects coming out of them. My date was celebrating his birthday and I wanted him to have a good time which is why I suggested we go out for drinks instead of a regular dinner.

The Alchemist definitely is a great spot to go to for cocktails. The cocktails are creative and cool to watch/snapchat and they taste pretty good.

Below I’ve inserted clips from my night which shows the cocktails and their interesting effects.

The Mad Hatter: Rating 7/10

Contains: Ketel One vodka, citrus, St. Germain, Cointreau and summer fruits

Dead Red Zombie: Rating 8/10

Contains: Bacardi Carta Blanca rum, Wray and Nephew, Grand Marnier, lime, pineapple, cranberry, zombie mix, smoke.

Colour Changing One: Rating 8.5/10.

Cointains: Reyka vodka, apple, soda, citrus, magic.

Overall I would definitely recommend this cocktail bar! Definitely a place to visit.

Until next time,

- Jen xo
